Own the user experience We are seeking a Product Design Lead to lead the product design team, ensuring excellence in execution, strategic alignment with business and technology, and professional growth of the team. This person will be responsible for defining the design vision, ensuring design quality and consistency across the entire product, and cultivating a design culture focused on impact, collaboration, and users. **Responsibilities and Objectives** Own the user experience at all levels Develop product requirements and define them in detail, ensuring design delivers tangible business value. Maintain aesthetic quality and consistency across our products. Collaborate with product managers and technical leads to develop product flows Lead, empower, and scale the impact of the product design team Define the design vision and strategy jointly with Product and Tech, aligned with business objectives. **Requirements** +6 years of experience designing digital products, with strong focus on UX/UI. You have led teams or mentored designers, and know how to amplify others’ talent. You are a team player and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You know how to write appropriate technical requirements for engineering teams, with an understanding of web programming fundamentals. You understand how SaaS products work: you design thinking in terms of components, systems, constraints, and performance. You are passionate about design—but also about business. You constantly think about how to grow the product and its impact. Promote accessibility, usability, and visual/interactive excellence standards.
