Maintain the aesthetic quality and consistency of our products. Collaborate with product managers and technical leaders to develop product flows Lead, empower, and scale the impact of the product design team Define the design vision and strategy together with Product and Tech, aligned with business objectives. **Requirements** ✔ +6 years of experience designing digital products, with a strong focus on UX/UI. ✔ You have led teams or mentored designers, and know how to develop the talent of others. ✔ You are a team player and can work effectively with multidisciplinary teams ✔ You know how to properly specify requirements to a technical team, understanding the basics of web programming ✔ You understand how a SaaS product works: you can design with components, systems, constraints, and performance in mind. ✔ You are passionate about design, but also about business.
