What will be your role? You will join the Internal Communications team with a focus on employer branding, contributing to the design and execution of content that inspires, informs, and connects our teams. You will play a key role as a content creator, supporting campaigns, internal activations, designing visual materials and multimedia formats that bring our organizational story to life. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Support in creating content for internal channels: emails, screens, LinkedIn, videos, and graphics. * Develop content to strengthen the employer branding strategy. * Assist in producing audiovisual segments, interviews, and testimonials. * Contribute fresh and creative ideas to reinforce the internal brand positioning. * Participate in organizing events or activations for employees. **Requirements:** Final-year student or in the process of graduation in Journalism, Advertising, or related fields.
