Key Responsibilities: Component Architecture: Develop and maintain scalable, reusable user interface (UI) components. Ensure visual and functional consistency across all our digital touchpoints. End\-to\-End Implementation: Lead the process from translating UI/UX wireframes and prototypes into accessible, production-ready code. Cross\-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with backend developers, product managers, and designers to ensure seamless user journeys and robust integrations. Performance Optimization: Optimize web applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility. User\-Centric Problem Solving: Validate design assumptions through usability testing, debugging, and continuous improvement before and after deployment. What We Are Looking For: Experience: Proven professional experience in Front\-End development, UI/UX engineering, or a dual role combining design and coding. Portfolio/Codebase: A strong portfolio or GitHub profile is non-negotiable. We want to see clean code, well-thought-out architecture, and real-world digital solutions. Tooling: Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular), HTML5, CSS3/Sass, and design tools such as Figma. Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish is required for team collaboration. English proficiency is a strong plus for reading documentation and working with international clients. Mindset: You are pragmatic. You know how to balance clean code architecture, visual polish, and timely delivery.
