You definitely don’t want to miss out on this **UX Designer** opportunity! **Responsibilities and Duties** ### **Position Objective** Design user-centered digital experiences, ensuring intuitive, functional, and visually appealing solutions aligned with business goals and user needs. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Gather and understand user and stakeholder needs. * Design navigation flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. * Create consistent visual interfaces aligned with brand guidelines. * Participate in user research and validation processes. * Collaborate with product, business, and development teams throughout the design lifecycle. * Propose continuous improvements to user experience and usability. * Maintain and contribute to design systems and visual libraries. * Ensure visual and functional consistency across digital platforms. . **Requirements and Qualifications** ### **Requirements** * Degree in Design, UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Engineering, or related field. * Experience designing digital products and web/mobile platforms. * Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. * Knowledge of user experience, information architecture, and visual design. * Experience working with agile methodologies. ### **Desirable Knowledge** * Design Systems. * Accessibility and usability. * User research and testing. * Responsive design. * Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS. ### **Soft Skills** * Effective communication. * Collaborative teamwork. * User orientation. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Adaptability to change. **Additional Information** Hybrid Looking for a place where your ideas shine?
