In our hotels, these associates work with all departments (e.g., kitchen, food and beverage, laundry) to support cleaning needs. Whether it is preparing clean, fresh linens and spotless tableware for guest enjoyment, using and maintaining equipment and tools (e.g., dishwashers, hand-washing stations, washing machines, and dryers), or transporting tableware or linens throughout the hotel, these associates ensure tasks are completed. Regardless of your specific role, certain fundamentals are essential to success — creating a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications remain professional. Uphold expectations and quality standards; develop positive and constructive professional relationships with fellow employees and departments; unite and support one another to achieve shared goals; listen and respond appropriately to concerns raised by other employees. Report accidents, injuries, and hazardous working conditions to management. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds (22.7 kg) unassisted. Be accustomed to standing, sitting, and moving for extended periods. Reach objects above head height and below knee level, including bending, twisting the body, pulling, and squatting. Perform all other duties assigned by supervisors that are consistent with this position. RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS Education Level: No high school diploma or equivalent secondary-level education Related Work Experience: No related work experience required.
