This role blends strong technical expertise, customer\-facing interaction, and close collaboration with sales teams and partners, with a key focus on early\-stage sales opportunities (pre sales). **️ Responsibilities:*** Drive product growth objectives across the assigned geography, sales channels, teams, or customer base. * Ensure high customer satisfaction levels, aligned with company standards. * Complete all required training, development, and certification goals within defined timelines. * Design and deliver certification and training paths for distributors and business partners based on new platform launches. * Achieve assigned productivity and profitability targets. * Support and sustain technical performance during early sales stages, ensuring strong deal qualification and solution alignment. **✅ Requirements*** Experience: 5–8 years of experience designing and delivering solutions within data center environments. Experience designing hybrid cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform). Experience in infrastructure architecture, implementation, or operations within service providers, hosting, or telecommunications companies is a plus. * Languages: Intermediate English * Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of hyperconverged infrastructure, VDI, and storage solutions. * Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with customer\-facing experience.
