Construction Company **Economic Activity:** Residential building construction ### **DESCRIPTION** A construction company with over 46 years of experience seeks to hire a qualified Social Assistant \- with or without experience \- to work at construction sites (Maipú) and the central office (Providencia). Two years of experience in welfare, municipal, governmental, or labor inclusion roles is desirable. Position characteristics: Reports to the company’s Quality of Life Manager / In-person attendance required at both the central office (Providencia) and construction sites (Maipú) / Fixed-term contract for 6 months, followed by an indefinite-term contract / Complementary insurance upon transition to indefinite-term contract; performance-based bonus. Main responsibilities: General administrative support to the Quality of Life Manager / Worker assistance / Processing worker-related procedures (e.g., family allowance applications, applications for government benefits, scholarship applications, etc.) / Communication and processing of company-provided benefits / Coordination of activities and/or celebrations (e.g., Labor Day, National Holidays, Christmas, recreational camp activities, etc).
