Position Summary: Lagardère Travel Retail is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee restaurant operations, ensure service quality, and coordinate the team. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for professional development within an international company Lagardère Travel Retail, a leading multinational company in the foodservice and customer service sector, is currently expanding in Chile and is looking for a Shift Supervisor for our quick-service restaurants/food outlets located at the **Nuevo Pudahuel Airport.** **Your Mission:** Execute and supervise restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring compliance with established procedures, high-quality customer service, and efficient team coordination in the absence of direct management. **Key Functions and Responsibilities:** * Coordinate shift handover when required. * Assign tasks among team members at the start of the shift. * Verify cleanliness, order, and stock levels at the outlet. * Supervise compliance with customer service standards, personal appearance, service protocols, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Ensure proper execution of cash handling, service, and kitchen processes. * Receive and validate cash reconciliations from staff performing end-of-shift closures. * Support monitoring of staff attendance and working hours. * Implement emergency or contingency protocols as needed. * Other related duties. **Conditions:** * On-site work with a weekly schedule of 42 hours. * Full-time employment with availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), including weekends and public holidays. **Requirements:** * Minimum formal education: Completed secondary school.
