Minimum 4 years of experience in similar roles within the salmon farming industry. Experience leading teams and coordinating production lines. Knowledge of production processes, quality assurance, and food safety. Proficiency in performance indicators, reporting, and deviation control. Availability to work rotating shifts (to be confirmed).
