Job Summary: We are seeking Security Guards for a mining project, responsible for surveillance, protection, and security of facilities, preventing risks and controlling access. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure surveillance and security of assigned facilities. 2. Conduct patrols and supervise critical areas to prevent risks. 3. We are currently recruiting **Security Guards** for a major mining project located in the Antofagasta region. **Conditions:** * Shift: 14 days on / 14 days off * Location: Centinela Mining Project * Contract Type: Fixed-term contract **Objective:** Ensure surveillance, protection, and security of assigned facilities by preventing risks, controlling access, and reporting incidents, thereby safeguarding assets, resources, and personnel in compliance with organizational protocols. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct periodic patrols to inspect facility conditions and prevent risk situations. * Supervise critical areas such as access points, perimeters, and restricted zones. * Record and verify entry and exit of personnel, vehicles, and goods. * Restrict access to unauthorized or suspicious individuals according to organizational policies. * Monitor video surveillance cameras, alarms, and other installed security devices. * Report failures or anomalies detected in security systems. * Respond promptly to emergencies such as fires, thefts, or disturbances of order, following established protocols. * Notify authorities or internal responsible parties when necessary. * Maintain detailed records of events, visits, deliveries, and any incidents occurring during the shift. * Prepare daily reports for supervision. * Ensure assigned areas are clean, orderly, and in optimal operating condition. * Maintain constant communication with supervisors or the security team to coordinate preventive or corrective actions. **Requirements:** * Completed Secondary Education * 2 years of experience * Training courses in surveillance, security, or emergency response. * Basic knowledge of video surveillance and alarm systems.
