At Falabella Retail, we are looking for a Senior Performance Specialist. What is the mission of this role? Design and optimize the Paid Media performance strategy, improving campaign efficiency and maximizing business impact. Responsibilities * Identify and structure relevant performance, acquisition, efficiency, or scalability issues with a focus on business impact. * Design solutions using Design Thinking methodologies—from problem understanding through ideation, prioritization, prototyping, and validation. * Lead initiatives using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or others), managing backlogs, priorities, and progress tracking. * Develop and implement frameworks for continuous experimentation, defining hypotheses and testing optimization opportunities. * Conduct strategic and technical performance analysis (categories, audiences, funnel, messaging, investment, and efficiency). * Identify opportunities to improve investment allocation and generate actionable, data-driven recommendations. * Design or drive automation solutions for repetitive processes, reporting, and analysis. * Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver cross-functional value. * Facilitate collaborative working sessions and promote new approaches to problem-solving within the team. Requirements * Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Computer Engineering or Informatics, Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, or other disciplines with a strong analytical foundation. * Minimum 3 years of experience in roles related to analytics, Paid Media performance, growth marketing, digital strategy, automation, or consulting. * Experience working with Agile methodologies or in multidisciplinary teams. * Experience in contexts requiring problem definition, initiative prioritization, and solution development beyond execution. * Preferred experience with Paid Media platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, DV360\). * Preferred experience with automation (scripts, APIs, tools such as Supermetrics or similar). * Preferred experience integrating artificial intelligence tools into work processes.
