We provide services through the Enterprise Technology Stack for business process outsourcing, analytics and engineering, applications, security, cloud, IT Outsourcing, and Modern Workplace. **About the Role** We are seeking a skilled **Senior Infrastructure \& Continuity Analyst** to support the management and operation of infrastructure services, with a focus on **Business Continuity (BC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions** . This role is responsible for ensuring the performance, availability, and resilience of infrastructure environments while contributing to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. The ideal candidate brings solid experience in **infrastructure operations and technology management** , strong problem\-solving capabilities, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in the **management and operation of infrastructure services** , ensuring stability and reliability. * Contribute to the **implementation of infrastructure strategies, projects, and continuity solutions (BC/DR)** . * Monitor and maintain **performance, availability, and capacity** of infrastructure systems. * Troubleshoot and resolve **technical issues** , ensuring minimal disruption to services. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to understand infrastructure requirements and support **design and implementation efforts** . * Participate in the adoption of **best practices, standards, and process improvements** within infrastructure services. * Support the development and maintenance of **infrastructure documentation** , including policies, procedures, and reports. * Contribute to **resource optimization and capacity planning** for infrastructure initiatives. * Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and service delivery excellence. ### **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience. * Typically **6\+ years of relevant experience** , including **2\+ years in a similar role** . * Proven experience in **infrastructure technology management and operations** . * Strong technical knowledge in **infrastructure environments (on\-premises and/or cloud)** . * Demonstrated ability to work effectively in **team\-oriented environments** . * Continuous learner with awareness of **industry trends and emerging technologies** . ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Advanced degree in a related field (a plus). * Relevant certifications such as: + **CompTIA A\+** + **Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals** + **AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner** * Experience or exposure to **Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) frameworks and solutions** . ### **Key Competencies:** * Infrastructure Operations \& Support * Business Continuity \& Resilience (BC/DR) * Problem Solving \& Troubleshooting * Collaboration \& Communication * Continuous Improvement Mindset * Accountability \& Service Orientation Joining DXC connects you with brilliant people who embrace change and seize opportunities to advance their careers and amplify client success.
