The RedSalud Head Office is seeking a **Senior Fullstack Developer**, whose primary mission will be to develop, debug, propose, support, and deliver software products to Red Salud’s various subsidiaries — through internal development and collaboration with external vendors. This role emphasizes collaborative teamwork, alignment with leadership, proactive and solution-oriented attitudes, and a focus on self-management and continuous growth. **Responsibilities:** * **Technically design and implement corrective, evolutionary, and Level-3 (N3\) software support and development, adhering to project guidelines and requirements, and leveraging technical tools to optimize performance.** * **Support various domains across the network.** * **Participate in Capacity Planning, Coordination, Solution Presentation, and Progress Tracking meetings.** * **Task / ticket status management.** * **Vendor management.** **Desired Profile** ------------------ **Degree or Field of Study: Computer Engineering, Programming.** **Required Experience:** * **2+ years of hands-on software development experience (React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB; optional: Next.js, Nest.js, React Native).** * **Minimum 2 years of experience developing microservices.** * **Google Cloud Platform or another cloud provider \- not mandatory.** * **Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum).** * **Code versioning (Gitflow).** * **Dependency management using npm/yarn (JavaScript-like ecosystems).** * **Familiarity with AI-powered coding assistance tools.** Optional Experience: * JavaScript-related languages (from vanilla JavaScript, optionally TypeScript), preferably applied in frontend contexts (React, VueJS) and backend contexts (NodeJS). * Python / Java (basic level). * Functional testing. * Integration/E2E testing. * Stress testing. * UAT testing. * Basic UX/UI concepts. * Experience working confidently with IDEs (Visual Studio Code, Sublime Text, IntelliJ, NetBeans).
