Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Floor Supervisor to lead the replenishment process, monitor key performance indicators, and assume supervisory duties—driving change and innovation in-store. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and oversee the replenishment process in the sales floor 2. Know and monitor section indicators, product turnover, and product quality 3. Assume supervisory responsibilities and support innovations within the area **Job Description** ---------------------- We want you to join our team to: * Lead, oversee, and execute the replenishment process across all sections of the sales floor. * Know and monitor the indicators for each section where you work—including shelf stock levels, adjustment control, sales volumes, price changes, header construction, product turnover, and quality control in perishable areas. * Assume supervisory duties in the absence of your direct supervisor. * Support implemented innovations in your area, acting as a catalyst for change both within the sales floor and among store operators.
