We are currently looking for a *Remote Support Agent* eager to take on new challenges. The **Remote Support Agent** is responsible for providing technical assistance to users through digital channels (phone, email, chat, ticketing tools), resolving issues related to **software, hardware, networks, and access**. Their role includes **case follow-up**, **solution documentation**, and **continuous service improvement**.
