Coordinate and supervise the operator team. **Confial Consultores**August 05, 2026 ### **Uncategorized** #### **Key Points** Puerto Montt Full\-time To be agreed upon Indefinite Vacancies: 1 #### **Job Posting Details** ### **Job Responsibilities** A major processing plant is seeking a professional to supervise operational activities within their area, lead teams, and ensure achievement of production, quality, food safety, and occupational safety targets: **PLANT LINE MANAGER** **Chiloé** **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise the line operator team. * Organize materials, equipment, and resources to meet the daily production schedule. * Monitor operational sanitation and process food safety. * Identify and correct deviations or non-conforming products. * Promote safe work practices and team self-care. **Required Profile** * Higher Technical Degree in Food Technology, Fisheries Processing, Aquaculture, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles within the salmon industry. * Experience leading production teams. * Knowledge of quality, food safety, and production processes. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
