An organization undergoing continuous transformation PFL\_8792\_UX/UI DESIGN I Country: Chile **We are looking for UX/UI professionals within the Digital Transformation Management team!** Do you have experience in financial advisory and customer service? At **Santander**, we want you to join our team as a **UX/UI** professional to execute and maintain user experience definitions in the development of digital product and service processes, considering business strategies, technical feasibility, best practices, and accessibility across all channels—holistically—to sustain and improve business objectives while ensuring quality and satisfaction for both Santander customers and non-customers. **What will you do in this role?** * Develop digital product processes and flows for Desktop / App * Maintain and enhance existing digital products based on UX/UI quality standards and best practices, respecting the bank’s design system, with the goal of delivering satisfying end-user experiences aligned with the bank’s strategies. * Collect and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. * Conduct usability testing with users ✅ **Requirements to apply:** * Technical or university degree in related fields (e.g., Advertising, Design, Journalism, etc.) * Experience and knowledge in: * UX / UI * Prototyping tools: Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, InVision, Figma * Digital Experience * User Experience * Customer Experience * Digital Analytics * Email Marketing * Information Architecture * Design Thinking * Linguistic and writing skills \- Process and flow development (information architecture \- Interaction design) **Why join Santander?** * We are an organization undergoing continuous transformation. * We offer real opportunities for growth and mobility. * You will integrate into a team committed to customer experience and employee development.
