Key Responsibilities
**Patient Assistance:** Greet patients and visitors and provide basic information about hospital services and procedures.
**Registration Support:** Assist with patient registration, appointment information, and routine administrative documentation.
**Appointment Support:** Help patients confirm appointments and refer scheduling inquiries to the appropriate department.
**Administrative Tasks:** Organize forms, records, and basic office documentation according to hospital procedures.
**Communication:** Respond professionally to common patient inquiries and refer medical or specialized questions to the appropriate staff.
**Team Support:** Collaborate with reception, administrative, and clinical teams to contribute to an efficient patient experience.
**What We’re Looking For**
**Experience:** 0–1 year of experience in customer service, reception, administration, or a similar role. Recent graduates and candidates with no prior work experience are welcome.
**Education:** Completed secondary education or equivalent. Training or studies in administration, customer service, healthcare support, or related fields are preferred.
**Communication:** Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient and respectful demeanor.
**Computer Skills:** Basic proficiency in email, word processors, spreadsheets, and appointment or registration systems.
Salary: $500\.000 \- $600\.000 per month
