At Xinerlink, we are seeking proactive individuals with excellent disposition to serve as Assembly Advisors for an important client in the hospitality and events sector located in Antofagasta. Offer Conditions ? Location: Antofagasta. ? Schedule: Part-time (9-hour shifts according to availability and varied scheduling). ? Net Pay per Shift: o Monday to Thursday: $25\.000 net per shift. o Friday and Saturday: $35\.000 net per shift. ? Benefits: Meal allowance included at the client's premises. Main Responsibilities ? Perform setup, assembly, and dismantling of event venues, dining areas, and operational spaces. ? Transport and arrange heavy furniture (tables, chairs, stages, panels, etc.). ? Provide logistical and aesthetic preparation support for venues in accordance with event requirements. ? Maintain order and safety during transportation of supplies and equipment. ? Fulfill assigned shifts, personal appearance guidelines, and safety protocols. Mandatory Requirements: ? Completed secondary education. ? Availability to perform physically demanding work (furniture handling). ? Availability to work part-time on 9-hour shifts (varied schedule). ? Strict adherence to appearance and hygiene standards (short nails without polish, neat/tied hair, no visible piercings or accessories). Preferred Qualifications: ? Prior experience in event setup, logistics, warehouse operations, stewarding, or similar roles in hospitality.
