The role is responsible for packaging products manufactured across various plants within the facility for storage, domestic distribution, and export to customers, in compliance with internal procedures and standards. **Your Responsibilities** * Operate and control production effectively and efficiently according to established specifications and production schedules. * Operate forklifts to package various products manufactured across different plants and transport them to the Finished Goods Warehouse. * Weigh bulk bags, verify daily scale functionality, and apply appropriate labels. * Wrap and strap pallets of lithium product bags and bulk bags to ensure protection during storage and transportation. * Continuously monitor and inspect forklift operation and plant facility conditions to initiate corrective maintenance requests (instrumentation, electrical, or mechanical). **What You Bring** **Required:** * High school diploma / no higher education. * Class D driver’s license. * Operational proficiency in Microsoft Office and company software. * Basic knowledge of chemistry applied to production processes. * Minimum 3 years of experience. **"Albemarle is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified candidates will be considered for employment regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
