Divert traffic when parking facilities reach maximum capacity and ensure staff are informed. Open parking facilities and close or secure them. Communicate parking usage procedures to guests and visitors. Document and report all vehicle-related incidents (e.g., damage, accidents). Review employee shift logs and daily memo books, and document relevant information in records. Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or concerns have been resolved to their complete satisfaction. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management; conduct safety training and obtain safety certifications. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure both uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional. Maintain confidentiality of company-owned information; protect company assets. Support all coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect. Support the team in achieving common goals. Meet quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds (22.50 kg) or equivalent without assistance. Assist in moving, lifting, carrying, and placing objects weighing more than 75 pounds (33.75 kg). Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or throughout the entire work shift. Move at a speed required to respond to work situations (e.g., run, walk, jog). Read and visually verify information in various formats (e.g., small print). Reach above head and below knees, including bending, twisting waist, pulling, and stooping. Navigate inclined, uneven, or slippery surfaces and stairs. Climb up and down stairs and/or service ramps. Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards. Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephone calls using appropriate etiquette. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors. DESIRABLE SKILLS Education: High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate. Relevant work experience: At least 2 years of related work experience. Supervisory experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
