We are looking for a **NUTRITIONIST** to work in the city of **Coquimbo**. **Responsibilities** * Review raw material deliveries received by production areas from the warehouse, verifying weights, temperature, and quantities dispatched (meat, vegetables, etc.) according to the work order (or menu plan) and the number of portions to be prepared. * Ensure raw materials and products used in preparation meet appropriate quality standards and are in perfect condition. * During service, verify that dishes and portions delivered comply with the weights stipulated in the Contract. * Review the menu planning schedule and calculate required raw material quantities for preparing various menus jointly with the Chef and Administrator. * Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Quality, and Safety in production areas. **Requirements** * Nutritionist degree. * 3 years of experience in this role. * Training in food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality, and safety in production areas. * Experience in processes and portion weight management in high-volume production.
