Coordinates multidisciplinary teams and spare parts management. #### **About this position** At **Henkel**, for our plant located in **Pudahuel**, we are seeking a **Maintenance Planner** responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing preventive and corrective maintenance activities across the plant, ensuring equipment availability and reliability. This role plays a critical part in resource management, work planning, and performance indicator tracking, collaborating closely with Production, PSP, and technical teams to ensure operational continuity.#### **What you will do** * Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities according to established plans. * Manage the creation, tracking, and closure of preventive and corrective work orders in SAP. * Monitor the full lifecycle of maintenance orders, ensuring appropriate planning and execution. * Coordinate periodic meetings with Production and PSP departments to plan short-, medium-, and long-term interventions. * Develop, update, and optimize maintenance plans for new and existing equipment. * Develop and maintain technical documentation related to equipment and facilities. * Participate in the classification and review of equipment criticality matrix (A, B, and C). * Manage procurement and availability of spare parts required for scheduled work. * Analyze key maintenance indicators such as MTTR, MTBF, labor utilization, and plan compliance. * Prepare performance reports and analyses using data management and visualization tools. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing asset reliability and operational efficiency. * Coordinate and support on-site multidisciplinary maintenance teams. #### **What makes you a strong candidate** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * Proficiency in SAP modules PM and MM (mandatory). * SEC certification is desirable. * Experience in maintenance planning and management within production plants or industrial environments. * Knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. * Experience in analysis and monitoring of maintenance KPIs. * Familiarity with MTTR and MTBF indicators. * Ability to coordinate and lead operational teams. #### **Some advantages of joining Henkel** * Global wellness standards with healthcare and preventive care programs * Gender-neutral parental leave for a minimum of 8 weeks * Employee Stock Purchase Plan with voluntary investment and matching contributions from Henkel At Henkel, we come from diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
