In this role, you will be responsible for: * Conducting critical analysis of cases handled by the unit and proposing appropriate strategies aligned with each case’s objectives. * Drafting high-quality legal documents, including complaints, procedural appeals, preliminary and special rulings, private accusations, and adherence to public prosecutor’s accusations. * Monitoring statutory and judicial deadlines established for the processing of each case. * Ensuring high-quality service in case handling, complying with company standards. * Preparing case reports for clients according to their specific needs. * Conducting monthly client visits as scheduled in the assigned calendar. Important Considerations: * Work modality is partially remote, with field activities as required. * Meal card. * One day off during your birth month. * Additional vacation days. * Supplementary insurance effective from the indefinite-term contract. * On the eve of long weekends, we offer an early departure benefit starting at 14:00\. **Desired Profile** ------------------ * Licensed lawyer with Supreme Court oath (mandatory) * Desired work experience: minimum 1 year. * Desired experience in hearing proceedings. * Knowledge of Criminal Law.
