Job Summary: The Labor Relations Analyst manages and coordinates trade union processes and collective bargaining, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to internal policies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Management and coordination of trade union processes and collective bargaining. 2. Promotes collaboration, gender equity, and continuous improvement. 3. Ensures compliance with labor regulations and internal policies. **EQUANS Chile (EQCL)** is seeking a **LABOR RELATIONS ANALYST**, responsible for managing and coordinating union-related processes and collective bargaining, ensuring compliance with current labor regulations and the organization's internal policies. The role involves addressing concerns raised by union leaders, consolidating and validating union dues, coordinating the implementation of collective agreements, and reviewing compensation-related items in ERP systems. Additionally, the analyst participates in union meetings, prepares minutes and proposals, and contributes to developing procedures that strengthen labor relations management. The position requires effective communication with unions, regulatory authorities, and internal company departments, fostering an environment of collaboration, gender equity, and continuous process improvement.
