Coordinate cross-functional multidisciplinary teams A leading salmon farming company seeks to hire a **Digital Transformation and AI Leader**, who will assume a strategic and cross-functional role focused on advancing business transformation via new technologies, automation, data, and artificial intelligence. The position requires ongoing interaction with various organizational departments, as well as global teams and other international operations. The primary challenge will be to identify high-impact opportunities, mobilize transformation initiatives, and accelerate the adoption of solutions that enhance **productivity, efficiency, quality, and user experience**. ### **Key Challenges:** * **Lead the digital transformation and artificial intelligence agenda**, defining and executing a roadmap aligned with the company’s strategic and operational priorities. * **Identify transformation opportunities** across business areas by surfacing challenges, inefficiencies, and critical processes that can be improved through redesign, automation, data, AI, or other technologies. * **Bridge business area needs with technology teams**, translating them into concrete, viable, prioritized initiatives aimed at delivering value. * **Manage and prioritize the portfolio of transformation initiatives**, considering impact, expected return, feasibility, investment, risk, adoption, and scalability potential. * **Lead the full lifecycle of initiatives**, from opportunity identification and business case development through design, implementation, adoption, results measurement, and continuous improvement. * **Drive the strategic adoption of artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies**, identifying high-impact use cases for the business. * **Coordinate cross-functionally across multidisciplinary teams**, integrating business units, technology, data, processes, vendors, partners, and key users—even without direct hierarchical authority. * **Promote adoption and change management**, strengthening internal capabilities and fostering a culture of transformation, continuous improvement, and new ways of working. ### **What We Are Looking For:** * A professional with a degree in **Industrial Civil Engineering, Business Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, another engineering discipline, or a related field**, preferably oriented toward processes, transformation, technology, or data. * Minimum **eight years of professional experience** in areas related to digital transformation, technology, processes, automation, data, or analytics. * Significant experience leading **cross-functional initiatives and transformation projects**. * Experience within **complex organizations**, ideally production-oriented, industrial, or multinational. * Knowledge of **digital transformation, business-oriented automation, artificial intelligence, RPA/BPM/workflow, Power Platform, API-based integration, and process management**. * Proficiency in **business case development, ROI/payback analysis, KPIs, project management, and change management**. * **Advanced spoken and written English.** * Postgraduate qualifications, diplomas, or specializations in **Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence, Process Management, Data Science, Automation, or Project Management** will be valued.
