At **Progesys**, specialists in Recruitment and Selection, we are seeking a **Junior Product Owner** for an important client in the banking sector. We are looking for an analytical, organized profile with a strong orientation toward agile work practices and compliance with banking regulations. Job Objective: Lead and manage the lifecycle of digital products and features, aligning business, technology, and agile teams to ensure quality, operational continuity, and value delivery. Key Responsibilities: * Participate in agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning), ensuring clarity of requirements and proper prioritization. * Manage and maintain the **Product Backlog**, writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria. * Oversee functional QA prior to production deployment and execute testing in production environments. * Identify incidents, defects, and technical debt, managing tracking and traceability. * Coordinate with development, architecture, and QA teams on technical/functional decisions. * Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and operational workflows. * Support definition of product roadmaps, dependencies, and risks. Mandatory Requirements: * Experience as a **Product Owner** (banking experience preferred). * **Product Owner and Agile methodology certifications** (mandatory). * Proficiency in **Jira** (mandatory). * Experience writing user stories, UX/UI criteria, and business rules. * Knowledge and experience in **functional QA**, regression testing, and end-to-end (E2E) testing. * Basic knowledge of **SQL** and proficiency in **Excel**.
