We live our values daily, making our organizational culture tangible—**we want you to join our team and co-create your professional journey with us!** **We look forward to meeting you!** **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum 5 years of backend development experience. * Professional proficiency in **Java** (Java 21 preferred; knowledge of 1.8 still valuable). * Experience with **Node.js** as a complementary language for backend services. * Experience working with PostgreSQL and SQL Server, including querying and optimization. * Knowledge of microservice architecture and service-oriented design. * General experience with AWS cloud technologies (Lambda, Fargate, S3, RDS, Kubernetes), without requiring advanced configuration skills. * Knowledge of backend frameworks such as **Quarkus** (current standard) and **Spring Boot** (phasing out). * Experience working in agile teams (Scrum), participating in ceremonies and collaborative workflows. * Key soft skills: effective communication, frustration tolerance, adaptability to change, sound technical judgment, and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. * Desirable prior experience in technology migration or service modernization contexts.
