You will be responsible for leading and overseeing human resources and labor relations processes at the assigned site, ensuring required staffing levels for operations in accordance with company policies, contractual conditions, and current labor regulations. Responsibilities * Manage ancillary support, employment documentation, and administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle. * Maintain smooth communication with operational and administrative teams. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and employees, acting as a strategic partner on talent and culture matters. * Implement and manage effective HR strategies that support business objectives and sustainable growth. * Coordinate and provide advisory support on people management topics, including union-related matters. * Management of labor claims, fines, and legal knowledge, * Ensure compliance with current labor legislation and internal company policies. * Knowledge of workforce reduction and exceptional working hours * Management of staffing for \+1000 workers * Management of personnel costs (turnover, absenteeism, LM, separations, operational continuity, etc) Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in roles associated with this position, such as HR Coordinator, HR Business Partner, and/or HR Generalist. * Experience working with labor unions. * Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
