An HR Analyst will manage employment documentation, administer HR information, and support operational processes at site while providing support and guidance to employees.

**NEWREST CHILE**, a leading company in food services and operational support, is seeking an **HR Analyst** to join our team in **Iquique**, working under a **7x7 shift schedule**.
We are looking for professionals with experience in people management, labor administration, and employee support, preferably with experience in **mining operations or site-based services**.
**Main Responsibilities**
* **Manage employees' employment documentation**, including contracts, renewals, addendums, termination settlements, notice letters, and documentation associated with hiring and separation processes.
* **Administer and maintain up-to-date HR information**, managing databases, employment records, attendance data, and background information required for various HR processes.
* **Manage payroll-related information**, entering and timely controlling monthly variables, man-hours, and other necessary background data for accurate payroll processing.
* **Support and guide employees and supervisors** on administrative and labor matters, handling requests related to benefits, medical leaves, loans, disciplinary warnings, and other HR processes.
* **Coordinate and support site-specific operational processes**, such as scheduling mandatory exams and training courses, onboarding new employees, delivering documentation, and coordinating with supervisors, regional offices, and clients.
**Requirements**
* Technical or professional degree in **Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field**.
* **1–2 years of experience** in HR Analyst roles or similar positions.
* Experience in **personnel administration processes**: contracts, addendums, termination settlements, attendance control, and employment documentation.
* Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel**.
* Preferred experience in **mining companies, mining service providers, or site-based work**.
* Availability to work on a **7x7 shift schedule**.
* **Residence in Iquique (mandatory).**
