Supervise and control the operation of maintenance and installation of electrical transmission lines, fully meeting objectives set by the client and defined by the company, acting as its representative before the client, to ensure optimal development and execution of contractual objectives, resource management, and measures related to Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment, thereby complying with standards, deadlines, and procedures stipulated in the contract and by the company. **We invite all qualified candidates meeting the following requirements for this vacancy to apply:** **Profession / Education:** .\- Engineer with 5 years of experience in high-voltage line maintenance work. **Knowledge:** .\- Knowledge of high-voltage line maintenance up to 500 kV. .\- Excellent writing skills. .\- Organizational techniques, time management, and teamwork. .\- Basic data analysis knowledge. .\- Current legal regulations on occupational safety, environment, and quality. .\- Proficiency in computer platforms (Microsoft Office). .\- Advanced knowledge of electricity. .\- Risk management and corrective action planning. **Experience:** .\- Experience using platforms related to the TRANSELEC contract (Go Platform and AMS). .\- Equans administrative processes. .\- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions involving high-voltage line maintenance. .\- Implementation and monitoring of HSEQ management systems. .\- Experience generating cross-contract online reporting for decision-making. .\- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and liaising with regulatory agencies. .\- Field experience performing technical procedures for clients. **Requirements:** 1\.\- Availability for on-site work and field visits to client locations. 2\.\- Leadership, effective communication, and teamwork skills. 3\.\- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities. 4\.\- Availability to work outside regular hours for fault response. 5\.\- Degree in Electrical Engineering / Civil Electrical Engineering / Electrician or related field. 6\.\- SEC Class A license. 7\.\- Driver's license.
