The Guest Service Expert is constantly on the move (standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, navigating narrow, confined, or elevated spaces, as well as climbing up or down service stairs and/or ramps); taking an active role (must be able to move, lift, push, pull, and place objects unassisted weighing up to 50 pounds, and up to 100 pounds with assistance; reach above and below knee level; bend, twist, pull, and stoop). Performing all tasks to the best of one’s ability (and other reasonable duties as requested), it is critical that Guest Service Experts consistently do things right—for guests and for the business. DESIRABLE SKILLS Education: High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate. Relevant Work Experience: No relevant work experience required. Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
