Our Guest Environment Experts are skilled professionals across a range of cleaning functions, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the entire hotel. They feel empowered to stay active and take necessary action at any moment. Whether responding to guest requests, restocking cleaning carts, cleaning guest rooms and public areas, or handling other responsibilities, Guest Environment Experts ensure hotel spaces deliver an outstanding guest experience. Regardless of their specific role, there are several fundamental requirements for success (ensuring a safe workplace, following company guidelines and procedures, respecting confidentiality, upholding quality standards, and maintaining professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication). Guest Environment Experts are constantly on the move (standing, sitting, walking for extended periods) and engage in various physical tasks (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing under 50 pounds without assistance).
