Regardless of your specific role, there are several fundamentals essential to success (creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, respecting confidentiality, protecting company assets, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communication remain professional). Guest Experience Experts are constantly on the move (standing, sitting, walking for extended periods) and engage in various physical tasks (moving items, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing less than 10 pounds without assistance). It is essential that Guest Experience Experts consistently perform these tasks (and other reasonable tasks assigned to them) well so that guests are satisfied and the hotel operates smoothly.
