Job Description You will be responsible for leading and coordinating work teams, supervising the proper execution of industrial cleaning, minor maintenance, and landscaping services, as well as managing required supplies and equipment to ensure service operational continuity, while complying with established quality, safety, and environmental standards. Responsibilities * Lead and coordinate the assigned service work team. * Supervise and verify the proper execution of industrial cleaning, minor maintenance, and landscaping tasks. * Coordinate and manage supplies, materials, and equipment required for service delivery. * Verify compliance with operational procedures and quality, safety, and environmental standards. * Support service operational continuity and fulfillment of commitments established with the client. * Promptly identify and report needs, deviations, or situations that may affect proper service execution. Requirements * Residence between Regions III and IV (up to Santiago). * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in this role, leading work teams in the mining industry. * Experience in industrial cleaning and/or maintenance. * Class B driver’s license. * Availability to work under a 10x10 shift system. * Health compatible with high-altitude geographic conditions.
