The incumbent will oversee compliance with client-agreed services, monitor KPI achievement, organize shift schedules, and ensure delivery of efficient and high-quality service. Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Relevant academic background for the role. * Residence in the city of Calama (for 5x2 shift\). * Preferred: Courses or certifications related to culinary areas.
