Position Summary: We are seeking a responsible and autonomous individual to perform operational tasks on a cherry orchard, managing pesticide/fertilizer applications, machinery, and irrigation, with residence on the property. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in agricultural work, preferably fruit farming or cherry cultivation. 2. Funded training for drone-based application of agricultural products. 3. Job stability. **An agricultural company specializing in cherry cultivation is looking for a responsible and autonomous person to oversee field operations, with residence on the same property.** **Main Responsibilities** * Applications: Execute the phytosanitary and fertilizer application schedule, verifying dosages according to prescriptions * Machinery: Operate turbo sprayers and aerial lifts; maintain machinery in good working condition * Irrigation: Operate the irrigation system, schedule shifts, inspect hoses * Recordkeeping: Maintain up-to-date field logs * Drone (future): Apply agricultural products via drone (company funds the certification course) **Requirements** * Demonstrable experience in field agricultural work, preferably in fruit farming or cherry cultivation * Proficiency in handling chemical products and drip irrigation systems **Offered** * Independent house on the property (bedroom, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, WiFi), rent-free * Funding for drone certification course (subject to successful completion) * Job stability **Work Location: Curicó area, Sagrada Familia sector** Work Location: On-site employment
