Customer support through the various channels provided by the Company, achieving resolution and high levels of satisfaction. 2. Managing and actively following up on complaints, questions, and feedback, keeping insured customers continually informed, with the goal of building sustainable and trustworthy relationships through honest and interactive communication, offering appropriate solutions and alternatives within stipulated timeframes, and conducting follow-up to ensure resolution. 3. Proactively contacting and maintaining portfolio relationships with customers. Preparing reports and supporting administrative processes. 4. Maintaining records of customer interactions. 5. Identifying and assessing customer needs. Requirements: \- Technical studies in administration, public relations, social sciences, or related fields. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and account maintenance within a contact center. \- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and channel support systems. Intermediate-level Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
