Because together we can transform the experience of our patients and communities, we are seeking our **Patient Accounts Executive Replacement**. **Your mission will be** To provide comprehensive, courteous, and efficient service to patients and their families in the Patient Accounts Front area, ensuring a satisfactory experience through precise management of billing, coverage, and administrative processes. You will serve as a key contact point between the institution and patients, guaranteeing that every interaction reflects UC CHRISTUS's service standard. **Main Responsibilities** * Collect payments and perform daily cash reconciliation, ensuring closure without discrepancies or observations. * Receive, guide, and inform patients regarding their clinical account, co-payments, payment deadlines, and terms. * Issue receipts, invoices, and vouchers accurately. * Manage billing complaints and account reviews, resolving discrepancies within established timeframes. * Validate prior authorizations, ISAPRE coverage, and enter FONASA subsidies daily. * Comply with current internal procedures and healthcare accreditation standards. **Requirements** * Completed technical education in Administration, Business Engineering, or related field. * 1–2 years of in-person customer service experience, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or cashier roles. * Intermediate-level computer skills (Excel). * Basic English proficiency. * Experience in cashier duties and reconciliation, knowledge of clinical admission systems, or experience as a Patient Care Executive will be valued. **Work Modality** * On-site, 42-hour weekly schedule, at San Carlos Clinic facilities. **Main Benefits** * Join one of Chile’s most prestigious healthcare networks, backed by the institutional strength of the Pontifical Catholic University and Christus Health: UC Christus — a leading purpose-driven healthcare institution grounded in strong values. * Commuter buses.
