We are seeking an Electrical Crew Chief for our key client Codelco División El Teniente located in Rancagua, whose role will be to lead, supervise, and control on-site the safe execution of maintenance, installation, and repair tasks for electrical systems, thereby guaranteeing compliance with quality and productivity standards. Mandatory requirements to apply: \- Higher Technical Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrician. \- Three years of experience as a Medium-Voltage Electrical Specialist. \- Valid SEC Class A certification, issued at least three years ago. \- Experience working at the El Teniente mine site. \- Valid Class B driver's license, currently active and without traffic violations (desirable). \- Availability to work on a 5x2 schedule. \- Residence in Rancagua or nearby areas.
