SmartNetwork Solutions Chile is a full‑service IT firm that designs enterprise networks, provides managed security, executes cloud migrations, and integrates IoT solutions for businesses and government agencies across Chile and Latin America. We are expanding our infrastructure delivery team and need an experienced **Construction Manager** to oversee the physical construction aspects of our data‑center, network‑facility, and IoT‑deployment projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, schedule, and supervise all construction activities for data‑center builds, equipment shelters, and related infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet design specifications, budgets, and timelines. * Coordinate with architects, civil/structural engineers, electrical and mechanical trades, and internal IT teams to integrate network and IoT hardware into built environments. * Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on‑site personnel; conduct regular site meetings and progress reporting. * Monitor safety compliance, enforce OSHA/Chilean labor regulations, and maintain a zero‑incident work environment. * Prepare and control project budgets, cost estimates, change orders, and financial forecasts. * Perform quality‑control inspections, resolve construction‑related issues, and certify completed work for handover to operations. * Support the rollout of cloud and IoT solutions by ensuring physical infrastructure (racks, cabling, power, cooling) is installed to specification and ready for integration. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience managing construction projects for data‑centers, telecommunications facilities, or large‑scale IT infrastructure. * Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BIM models, and engineering specifications. * Strong knowledge of Chilean building codes, fire‑safety standards, and electrical/Mechanical‑HVAC requirements for critical facilities. * Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills; capable of coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external contractors. * Proficiency with project‑management software (MS Project, Primavera, or similar) and familiarity with agile delivery concepts is a plus. * Commitment to safety, quality, and on‑time delivery in fast‑paced, technology‑driven environments. **Compensation** * Competitive hourly rate: **CLP 5,300 – CLP 11,600** (based on experience and qualifications). * **How** **to** **Apply** Submit your résumé and a brief cover letter to **admin@smartnetworkindonesia.com** with “Construction Manager Application Sueldo: $5\.300 \- $11\.600 la hora Lugar de trabajo: Viajar de manera regular
