Progesys, a company specializing in personnel recruitment, is looking to hire a Call Center Supervisor for a client operating in the mutual insurance sector. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the call center team's daily activities to ensure achievement of established KPI-related objectives. * Select and train team members to develop and improve their product knowledge and service quality skills. * Analyze productivity data to identify improvement opportunities. * Develop and implement strategic plans to increase the call center team's efficiency and effectiveness. * Collaborate with other departments to guarantee a seamless, frictionless customer experience. * Monitor attendance and punctuality metrics for supervised agents. * Foster a positive work and organizational climate. * Experience supervising personnel in remote-work settings. **Requirements:** * Academic background: Completed secondary education and/or technical-professional qualification. * Minimum 3 years of experience in this role. * Experience supervising and managing call center teams. (Mandatory) * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and Power BI. **Conditions:** * Fixed-term or indefinite contract, depending on performance. * Schedule: 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday. * Work modality: Hybrid. * Remuneration: CLP $800.000 net + lunch
