You will be responsible for carrying out tasks assigned by the chef or supervisor according to requirements, contributing to preparations in the hot, cold, and pastry sections, as well as supporting self-service line operations during customer service—all in accordance with service, hygiene, and safety protocols. Responsibilities * Prepare dishes according to the daily menu and established recipe standards. * Ensure adherence to daily planning schedules, safeguarding food safety requirements at all times. * Perform cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas.
