Mission \-Lead commercial growth and branch profitability, with a focus on Operational Leasing in the aquaculture and fishing industry. Manage Rent-a-Car and Used Vehicle Sales businesses, ensuring efficient operations and \-high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities \-Promote Operational Leasing sales and acquire new customers. \-Manage Rent-a-Car and Used Vehicle Sales, meeting sales and margin targets. \-Supervise fleet operations, workshops, and vehicle availability. \-Control contracts, billing, and customer renewals. \-Develop the aquaculture and fishing markets, building commercial relationships. \-Monitor management indicators and optimize performance. \-Lead and develop the branch team. \-Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and internal processes. Requirements \-Degree in Commercial Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Administration, or related field. \-4 to 5 years of experience in B2B commercial roles. \-Experience in consultative selling and medium/long-term contracts. \-Proficiency in KPIs and profitability analysis. \-Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel. \-Valid Class B driver's license.
