If you have recently graduated and want to build your career in a client-facing role involving commercial management and financial product engagement, this program is for you. Through this program, you will have the opportunity to join as a **Select or SME Executive**, participating in a structured training, coaching, and development process designed to accelerate your growth within the Bank. **In this program, you will have the opportunity to:** * Develop in a commercial role focused on client management and business generation. * Engage with clients and deliver financial solutions aligned with their needs. * Participate in training sessions, mentorship, and ongoing coaching. * Join collaborative, multidisciplinary teams across the branch network.
