Inclusive, dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement Full-time Administrative Metropolitan Region of Santiago Santiago **Salfa is looking for an Administrative Assistant in Santiago!** For our **Tires and Batteries** division at the **Rondizzoni branch (Santiago, RM)**, we are seeking an **Administrative Assistant** with a strong accounting and systems profile to assume a key replacement role due to retirement. If you have solid experience with **SAP**, accounting, and are passionate about leveraging technology to optimize processes, this opportunity is for you! **Key Responsibilities:** * **SAP Management:** Generating factory orders and domestic purchase orders. * **Control and Audit:** Reviewing unfilled orders and monitoring pending invoicing. * **Logistics Support:** Managing inventory movements and tracking incoming imports. * **Regulated Management and Reporting:** Managing entries on the "Controlled Chemical Substances" platform (battery acid) and preparing price reports for the INE. **What We Are Looking For:** * **Education:** Higher Technical or University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Auditing, or related field. * **Experience:** Experience in administrative control roles. * **Mandatory Knowledge:** + Proven, fluent proficiency in **SAP** + Solid foundation in **Accounting**. * **Digital Tools:** Proficiency in **Excel**, and ideally, ability or interest in leveraging **Artificial Intelligence (AI)** to streamline and automate daily control tasks. **Process Information:** * **Location:** Av. Gral.
