Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible, proactive, and quick individual with experience in cold/hot kitchen sections for production, service, and kitchen cleaning. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 5 years of combined experience in cold and/or hot kitchen sections is required. Preference will be given to candidates with experience preparing Chilean cuisine, fish, meats, seafood, and vegetarian dishes. Reference dish images are attached. The net monthly salary is CLP $650.000.- plus tips ranging from CLP $30.000 to CLP $100.000 depending on demand (no tips during probationary days), resulting in a minimum total monthly income of CLP $690.000.-. Salary increases are possible based on demonstrated capabilities.
