The purpose of this position is to manage the organization’s administrative resources and services to ensure continuous operational availability, with efficiency in time and cost. Key Responsibilities: * Control fixed assets at organizational facilities by identifying and tagging assets, reconciling physical and accounting records, and managing asset disposals per internal policies, to maintain an updated and accurate inventory. * Identify and monitor operational budget variances within the department, propose corrective actions, and apply internal procedures and financial accounting knowledge to ensure efficient use of resources. * Prepare and generate monthly provisions for administrative and maintenance expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current tax and accounting regulations. * Manage contracts for essential operational services, overseeing renewals, resolving incidents, and guaranteeing operational continuity at branches and Head Office in accordance with contractual terms. * Coordinate and execute office supply procurement and distribution from Head Office to branches, resolving logistical delays and ensuring timely supply to maintain uninterrupted administrative operations. * Administer contracted procurement within the organization to optimize acquisition of technological equipment and furniture, through management of work orders that ensure quality and adherence to agreements. * Record monthly operational presence of external personnel at branches or Head Office, identify incidents during shifts, and document such information for administrative follow-up.
