Identification and proposal of improvements in production processes **Job Description** ---------------------- Supervise field activities related to the operation of Wastewater Treatment Plants of the AGUAS Group. 1\. Efficiently and effectively supervise, control, and intervene in processes associated with treatment plants according to quality and continuity standards set by direct management and the Process Control Department. 2\. Ensure compliance with the AGUAS Group’s quality, environment, occupational health and safety management policy within production facilities. 3\. Anticipate on-site emergency situations that could affect the proper operation of assigned treatment plants, reporting all detected operational incidents in accordance with established communication protocols. 4\. Issue maintenance notices from the field for production equipment to ensure continuity and quality in drinking water production and wastewater treatment processes. Supervise implementation of the production equipment self-maintenance program (PM03\), as well as routine verification of laboratory instruments. 5\. Supervise execution of work orders assigned to the Maintenance Submanagement (PM01, PM02\) during each corrective maintenance cycle. 6\. Supervise on-site dosing of chemical inputs and pre-established operational instructions issued by the Water Quality Control Department. 7\. Ensure implementation of the sampling program by Wastewater Treatment Plant Operators. 8\. Supervise inventory management and receipt of chemical inputs, electrical energy, and treated wastewater volumes at the plants; submit necessary supply requests and channel them to CCOD. 9\. Supervise follow-up on biosolids management generated at the plants. 10\. Propose and supervise on-site improvements to production processes and/or infrastructure. 11\. Report results of management activities and task completion to immediate supervisor continuously and in alignment with progress. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * TECHNICAL SUPERIOR DEGREE IN ELECTRICITY, INSTRUMENTATION, INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE, MECHANICS, OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY, CHEMISTRY OR RELATED FIELD * MINIMUM 2 TO 3 YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN SIMILAR POSITIONS AT PRODUCTION PLANTS * WATER TREATMENT * CLASS B DRIVER’S LICENSE.
